Welcome to my web site.  I thank you for stopping by.  Please know that this is a short introductory version of what is to come in the near future.

I am extremely passionate about health and wellness.  I know, from my own experience, what a difference we can all make in our lives through nutrition.  I have a great healing story I feel compelled to share with others.  If I can show even one person a way to claim their health and improve the quality of their life, I will be most grateful.  

Many have urged me to share my experiences with as many people as possible.  It is said that by hearing the stories of others one can find a new path and freedom.  My intention in doing this is to assist others on their journey to health.  

Born in Chicago, raised mostly in NYC and Vermont, I am a graduate of Columbia University and my corporate background is in advertising and marketing.   After an auto accident in 1992 I was brain injured, stapled and screwed back together in several joints, diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid Arthritis.  For years I experienced much pain and frustration with the medical establishment.  I then discovered that I held the key to my health and am now drug free, doctor free, pain free and brain injury free! Thus my passion for health and wellness!

What I Do

My passion for health has taken me to an association with a company called ForeverGreen.  Through them I assist people in changing their lives through nutrition and gaining financial freedom at the same time.

I love helping people to succeed in their lives at whatever level they are seeking.  I have some truly amazing and wonderful products which are changing lives, sometimes very dramatically, every day.  This fact gives me much pleasure in what I do.  It's all about helping people to discover what can be.
